Computer and Internet access is made available to all departments so that faculty members can keep themselves updated in their respective subjects and use their time in the most fruitful way Departments often make use of projectors for making the classroom teaching interesting. Sometimes Film shows on relevant topics and also film versions of texts prescribed in the syllabus are arranged for Honours Classes. The film shows or film version of texts arouses great interest among students and also gives them an alternative to the traditional mode of teaching. They also seem to grasp the topic better.
